Delete your Mr. Manager account

How to request deletion

1. Email support@mrmanager.app with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Include the mobile number you sign in with, so we can find your account.
3. We confirm the request with you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email address, mobile number and photo.
• Family members you added to your account.
• Your notification preferences and device push tokens.

What may be kept

Records that a provider (your academy, coach or institute) keeps on Mr. Manager for its own business, such as sessions, attendance, bills and receipts, belong to that provider and are not removed by deleting your account. Contact the provider to have those removed.

Copies of your deleted data in our backups are removed within 90 days of deletion. Where the law requires us to keep a record, for example for tax or accounting, we keep only that record and only for the period the law requires (up to 8 years for accounting records in India), then delete it.
